How are the projects staffed?
In Culvery Court, our direct access hostel, there is a Hostel Team Leader, a senior worker and several hostel workers. There is also a cook and a cleaner. This team ensures that there is adequate cover and hostel management 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The Resettlement Team has a team leader, and two resettlement workers. These projects are visited on a daily basis during the week with an on-call system for weekend and out of hour emergencies. Mullane House, our youth project has a senior worker and four resettlement workers working a rota system. The Old Appleyard has a a Substance Misuse worker and three resettlement workers. They too work a rota system there.
There are two Outreach workers, two Administrations assistants and a Financial Officer.
Overseeing this is the Business Development Director and Operations Director.
