Our Projects - Resettlement
Resettlement provide five houses for single homeless men and women that integrates a proven resettlement to help develop independent living skills. The projects aim is to assist the residents move to more suitable permanent accommodation and enabling them to maintain and sustain a tenancy. Integrated with living in the move-on hostels is a resettlement programme that takes between 6 and 18 months to complete.

•11 single homeless men
•4 women
•5 older previously homeless men in the “Home for Life”
•Fully furnished and equipped houses
•Managed by a team of 2.5 resettlement workers
•Intensive housing management
•Assigned a designated Keyworker
•Referral process with interview
•Integral resettlement programme
