Our Projects
Threshold’s services and resettlement accommodation include:
• Street Outreach Service - support and advice to street homeless and housing support for those in unprotected private rented accommodation
• Direct access hostel – 'first step from the street' supported accommodation for single homeless men
• Substance Misuse project – an alcohol/drug free environment with high support for single homeless people (M&F) with addiction issues
• 2nd Stage supported resettlement hostels (M&F) - for single homeless people undergoing a resettlement programme
• 1st/2nd stage high support resettlement accommodation - for homeless 16 to 21 year olds (M&F)
Floating Support - for Threshold clients who have completed the resettlement process and are living independently
