Night Watch Project Worker: £24,180
Are you naturally a night-owl, would you prefer working through the night? Or, might mixed day and night shifts suit you as opposed to one or the other? For over five decades Threshold has worked to help the homeless and vulnerable in Swindon. There is now a need for a focused out of hours outreach service which works through the night, and we intend meeting that need in a most robust way. Our Night Watch service will work across our projects and within car parks and rough sleeper hot-spots, as well as within the Broadgreen area with sex working individuals, the majority of whom are individuals housed within Threshold projects. There is enormous flexibility to shape this project role around skills and working preferences of outstanding candidates. If you would like a mixed working pattern (day and night shifts), then you may be considered for the Homeless Project Worker pay band and pathway. If you feel you have the passion, professional history and personal attributes to make a positive difference through this role, we heartily encourage you to apply and tell us clearly why you are an ideal candidate to join the Threshold team.
